MONDAY, NOVEMBER 2
Arrival Day
Arrive, settle in, and let the celebration week begin.
- Guest arrivals throughout the day
- Resort check-in
- Unpack and get settled
- If time allows, enjoy a little pool or beach time
- Get ready for the evening
8:00 PM — Group dinner at La Hacienda buffet
Possible Día de Muertos celebration or special resort party
Evening at leisure after dinner
To keep our first evening simple and avoid reservation issues, we’ll meet for dinner together at La Hacienda buffet at 8:00 PM.
Since November 2 is Día de Muertos, the resort may host a themed celebration. If you’d like, feel free to bring a festive Mexican-inspired outfit or accessory. We’ll share updates as soon as the resort confirms details.
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 3
Explore or Unwind
A day to choose your own pace in paradise.
Guests can choose how they’d like to spend the day:
- Option 1: Spa Day
- Relax and enjoy the resort spa
- Spa pricing will be shared closer to the date
- Option 2: Excursion Day
- Join an off-site excursion
- Excursion pricing and itinerary details will be shared closer to the date
- Guests are also welcome to book a different activity on their own
- Or simply relax and enjoy the hotel
- Free time for the pool, beach, or resort amenities
- Evening at leisure
- Possible dinner and/or resort show at night
WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBER 4
Celebration Day
A day centered on faith, family, and celebration.
- 2:00 PM — Getting Ready: Time to begin getting ready for the celebration.
- 4:30 PM — Head to the Ceremony: Guests should begin making their way to the ceremony area.
- 5:00 PM — Ceremony: A special approximately 45-minute blessing for Emma & Sophia at the Beach Gazebo.
- 5:45–6:20 PM — Toast: A small toast immediately following the ceremony.
- 6:20–7:00 PM — Break / Free Time: Time to freshen up, take photos, or relax before the evening celebration.
- 7:00 PM — Reception: Dinner, meaningful family moments, music, and dancing at Laguna Gazebo.
More ceremony and reception details will be shared closer to the date.
THURSDAY, NOVEMBER 5
Rest, Photos & Recovery
A slower day to recharge and capture beautiful memories.
- Relaxed morning after the celebration
- Pool, beach, spa, or downtime at the resort
- Photo shoot day
- Group photos
- Individual photos
- Photo shoot times and locations will be shared closer to the date
- Guests may make their own dinner reservations
- We can meet again later for the resort night show
Photoshoot Style
Guests who would like to be part of the photos can plan a special look for the day. Think coordinated, tropical, elegant, or simply something that feels especially “you.”
You can have fun with:

a special outfit just for photos

statement earrings or jewelry

hats, sunglasses, scarves, or hair accessories

coordinated colors with your family or group

a dressier look for portraits and a more relaxed look for beach photos

sandals, barefoot beach looks, or another fun shoe option
Tip: If you want variety in your photos, bring a small accessory or second layer that can quickly change the look without needing a full outfit change.
And I’d make it clear this is optional, because some guests won’t want to over-plan:
No pressure to dress up specially — the goal is simply to capture everyone enjoying the trip.
FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 6
Boat Day
A day of sun, sea, and fun together.
- Catamaran / boat trip
- Food included
- Fun on the water
- Time and meeting location will be shared closer to the date
Boat Day Look
Black swimsuits with white cover-ups.
- Dinner at leisure after returning to the resort
- Optional evening resort entertainment or show
SATURDAY, NOVEMBER 7
Resort Day
One last full day to enjoy paradise together.
- Relax at the resort
- Enjoy the beach and pool
- Free time to explore the hotel
- Possible group lunch meet-up — details will be shared closer to the date
- Time to begin packing
- Guests may make their own dinner plans
- Meet together one last time for the night show
SUNDAY, NOVEMBER 8
Until Next Time
One last morning together before heading home.
- Breakfast together
- Final goodbyes
- Check-out
- Flights back home
